• We are hiring a Field Officer/Marketing Person to expand our manpower service operations across key locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and secure new clients for our manpower services (laborers, security, etc.).
• Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high satisfaction.
• Field Operations: Regularly visit client sites across the designated region for coordination and problem-solving.
• Talent Mobilisation: Assist in sourcing and mobilising manpower to meet client demands.
• Reporting: Submit daily reports on fieldwork, sales activities, and market feedback.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Field Marketing, Sales, or Business Development, preferably in Manpower, Staffing, or Security Services.
• Mobility: Must have a two-wheeler and be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territories.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with the local geography is a plus.

Compensation & Location

• Salary: ₹16,000 to ₹19,000 per month
• Benefits: Petrol expenses extra (as per company policy)

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within Manpower, Staffing, or Field Operations.
• Location: Ambala City & Ambala Cantt (Focus Area).
• Salary: ₹19,000 to ₹28,000 per month.
• Benefits: Petrol expenses extra (as per company policy).
• Mandatory: Must possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with own two-wheeler for extensive fieldwork.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
