Company Description

M1xchange, India's leading RBI-licensed TReDS platform since 2017, connects corporates and MSMEs to banks/NBFCs in a secure digital marketplace. It facilitates bill discounting by allowing MSME suppliers to sell receivables to financiers. Transactions are processed digitally, and payments are credited to the MSMEs' bank accounts within 24 hours. M1xchange provides MSMEs with greater access to finance at competitive rates without requiring collateral.

Role Description

Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential customers and target segments.
Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in business loans and financial products.
Clearly articulate the features and benefits of our products/services to prospective clients.
Tailor sales pitches to align with individual customer needs and preferences.
Deliver compelling presentations to close sales deals effectively.
Set, track, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Travel within the assigned sales territory is necessary to engage with clients and prospects.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of KYC documentation and regulatory compliance requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in fieldwork, client engagement, and relationship management
Understanding of finance, banking, or MSME sector is beneficial
Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Proficiency in using digital platforms and basic IT skills
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience
