Role Description

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential customers and target segments.
• Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in business loans and financial products.
• Clearly articulate the features and benefits of our products/services to prospective clients.
• Tailor sales pitches to align with individual customer needs and preferences.
• Deliver compelling presentations to close sales deals effectively.
• Set, track, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Travel within the assigned sales territory is necessary to engage with clients and prospects.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of KYC documentation and regulatory compliance requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in fieldwork, client engagement, and relationship management
• Understanding of finance, banking, or MSME sector is beneficial
• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using digital platforms and basic IT skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience
