Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Officer located in Gorakhpur. The Field Officer will be responsible for meeting potential clients to assess their needs, processing loan applications, conducting field visits, and managing client relationships. Additional responsibilities include promoting various loan products, ensuring compliance with company policies, and facilitating client education sessions on financial literacy. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to conduct thorough loan application processing and client assessment Experience in client relationship management and field visits Understanding of various loan products and financial compliance Proven ability to work independently and within a team Basic computer skills and ability to use digital tools for reporting and client management Flexibility to travel within assigned regions Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred Show more Show less
