Field Officer - This position requires extensive travelling in Urban & Rural areas

Qualification

Should be a Graduate in any inter-discipline

Preference & Age Limit

No preference on gender; however, age should be between 22 & 30 years

Experience

Minimum of 4 – 5 years of experience working with volunteers – preferably in SME sector

Minimum skills required – Should possess

● Good Communication (verbal & written)

● Good command over regional / vernacular language

● Good Interpersonal & Co-ordination skill

● Proficient knowledge in MS Office Application software

● Ability to make public presentations effectively

● Professional ethical standards to deliver

Other essential skills

● Ability to profile entrepreneurs and mentors and write case studies

● Flair to travel in rural & Urban areas of operation

● Able to work individually to initiate and complete tasks

● Must possess Digital Skills such as MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Teams, Outlook, etc), Google mails and knowledge of Collaborative Video tools such as Skype, Google Meet, etc)

Job Responsibilities

● Preferred MBA – Marketing or MSW in rural & urban development (NGO/Social Work/ CSR project background)

● Work experience can be from Product Marketing, Banking, Micro Finance ets

● Minimum 2-3 years of experiences in any social work industry

● Good knowledge in Skill Development Programs, Training, Banking Financials

● Work with Volunteer Business Mentors from the SME sector in promoting entrepreneurship

● Source potential mentors from service clubs such as Rotary, Lions, Business associations, etc. and make presentations about BYST to potential mentors

● Coordinate in identification, recruitment, orientation and training of mentors

● Assign roles to mentors as per their expertise and facilitate the same

● Recognize, Rewards & Retain mentors

● Conduct meetings of mentors through regular chapter meetings

● Assign mentors to all entrepreneurs and facilitate such relationships, track relationships, renew or reassign if required.

● Follow up with mentors for effective mentoring of BYST supported entrepreneurs.

● Organize support services such as business skill development training, business seminars, exhibitions, get-togethers, marketing support etc. for the BYST supported entrepreneurs.

● Work on nominations for various national and international awards

● Maintain database of all Mentors

● Prepare MIS reports to Management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
