Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Field Officer for a challenging and rewarding full-time, on-site role located in Noida. The Field Officer will be responsible for implementing field activities, engaging closely with local stakeholders, and monitoring progress on various projects. Core responsibilities include data collection, maintaining records, building strong client and community relationships, conducting field assessments, and ensuring timely reporting of activities and findings. The role requires on-site operations and regular communication with management teams to align fieldwork with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with diverse communities and stakeholders.
• Proven organizational, reporting, and data management skills to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills for addressing on-ground challenges and identifying innovative solutions.
• Knowledge of field operations and an ability to adapt to various environments and work conditions.
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, data collection tools, and reporting platforms.
• Preferred: Prior experience in a field officer or community engagement role; familiarity with Noida regional dynamics is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field, or relevant professional experience in a similar role.
