Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular site visits to supervise security guards and site conditions

Ensure guard attendance, uniform standards, and discipline at all assigned locations

Act as the primary on-ground point of contact between clients, guards, and office team

Handle client feedback, issues, and immediate requirements professionally

Coordinate relievers, shift changes, and emergency manpower arrangements

Verify duty registers, attendance records, and site documentation

Report incidents, shortages, or violations to senior management promptly

Support guard onboarding, briefings, and basic training at site level

Ensure compliance with company SOPs and client-specific instructions

Requirements

2–5 years of experience

Strong discipline, leadership, and communication skills

Ability to manage guards across multiple sites independently

Physically fit and comfortable with extensive field work

Willingness to work flexible hours as per site requirements

Two-wheeler with valid license preferred (field mobility essential)

Bangalore

Preferred Background

Prior experience in security services or facility management firms

Ex-servicemen or candidates from uniformed services preferred
