About the Role:

SIEC India is looking for a dynamic and strategic Field Marketing Officer to lead our outreach and partnership efforts across Delhi NCR, particularly with schools and colleges. This role is crucial in strengthening SIEC’s brand presence, driving student inquiries, and building long-term relationships with educational institutions for overseas education counseling, test preparation, and visa support services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Partnerships: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with school and college to drive inquiry generation and brand trust.
• Lead Generation: Identify, plan, and execute outreach campaigns to generate a steady pipeline of quality leads for study abroad counseling and test prep services.
• Brand Representation: Serve as the local face of SIEC in Delhi NCR region and surrounding towns, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and trust.
• Campaign Management: Organize and manage seminars, workshops, and presentations at partner institutions and local events to boost visibility.
• Material Deployment: Ensure effective distribution of marketing collateral and maintain visibility at partner campuses.
• Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to align lead generation strategies and follow-up actions.
• Reporting: Provide timely updates on partnership activities, event outcomes, and inquiry flow through structured daily/weekly reports.

Experience and Skills:

• Proven success in educational marketing, institutional tie-ups, or business development
• Strong local network within schools and colleges in Delhi NCR region.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Comfortable with frequent travel and field-based work.
• Intermediate proficiency in English (spoken and written).
