Role & responsibilities Promote agency services (Advertising, Digital Marketing, Website Development, Branding, Events). Generate leads through field visits, networking, and client meetings. Pitch services, give presentations, and explain solutions to potential clients. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and business goals. Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitor activities. Coordinate with internal teams (design, digital, web) for client requirements. Attend exhibitions, events, and on-ground activations to represent the agency. Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, and conversions. Ensure timely follow-ups, negotiation, and deal closure. Preferred candidate profile Graduate in Marketing/Business/Related Field 23 years experience in Sales/Marketing/Advertising Knowledge of Advertising, Digital Marketing & Website Services Strong Communication & Presentation Skills Negotiation & Persuasion Skills Ability to Generate Leads & Achieve Targets Good Networking & Relationship-Building Skills Familiar with MS Office Self-Motivated and Result-Oriented Willing to Travel for Client Meetings/Field Work Two-Wheeler with Valid Driving License
