We are committed to expanding our reach and building strong, lasting relationships with our partners nationwide.  Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Executive with a passion for building relationships and expanding our business network specifically for the Tent Star tent cooler brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and nurturing new City and State Partners, playing a crucial role in our nationwide expansion and distribution of tent coolers. This role requires frequent travel and a strong ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively in the B2B cooling solutions market.  Responsibilities: Identify and research potential City and State Partners (distributors, dealers, tent house owners, event managers, industrial suppliers, etc.) across various regions of India for the Tent Star tent cooler brand. Travel extensively to meet with prospective partners, present the unique features and benefits of Tent Star tent coolers, and negotiate favorable terms of partnership and distribution. Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing partners to foster loyalty and maximize the reach of Tent Star tent coolers. Develop and implement strategic plans for onboarding new partners and ensuring their success with Tent Star tent cooler products, including initial stock orders, marketing support, and product knowledge training. Provide training and ongoing support to partners on Tent Star tent cooler product specifications, features, benefits, and marketing initiatives. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regional demands within the tent cooler segment to identify new opportunities and challenges for Tent Star. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing) to ensure smooth onboarding, delivery, and post-sales support for Tent Star tent cooler partners. Generate regular reports on partnership acquisition progress, partner performance, sales figures, and market insights related to Tent Star tent coolers.  Qualifications: Minimum 12th Pass or equivalent. 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within the air cooler, industrial cooling, or related equipment industry. Demonstrated ability to travel extensively and independently for work (e.g., meeting partners, participating in trade fairs). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (both Hindi and English preferred). Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse business partners. Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented with a passion for achieving partnership and sales targets. Comfortable with using basic office software (MS Office).   Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹22,000 per month (in-hand)
