Field Sales Executive – M Cube Spaces Location: Bangalore Experience Required: 2–6 Years in Field Sales (Preferably Building Materials, Interiors, Furniture, or Lifestyle Products) About Us- M Cube Spaces is a premium experience center in Bangalore offering a curated range of decorative materials, including plywood, veneers, laminates, louvers, 3D wall panels, wooden flooring, wall cladding, lighting, and décor. We work closely with architects, interior designers, builders, and homeowners, providing end-to-end material solutions under one roof. Role Overview We are looking for a driven and energetic Field Sales Executive to represent M Cube Spaces in the market, build strong relationships with industry professionals, and generate business through regular field visits. The role demands proactive client engagement, project tracking, and effective communication to ensure our products are specified in upcoming projects. Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Meet architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors to promote M Cube Spaces’ product range. Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with key decision-makers. Business Development Identify and follow up on leads from design firms, builders, and developers. Track ongoing and upcoming projects to ensure product specifications. Conduct product presentations, share samples, and explain technical features. Sales Execution Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through consistent field activity. Market Intelligence Gather insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Provide feedback to management for product positioning and strategy. Desired Profile Graduate with 2–6 years of relevant experience in field sales. Exposure to building materials, furniture, interiors, or lifestyle industry is preferred. Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive field visits across Bangalore. Two-wheeler and smartphone required.
