Chef Acquisition Executive | Field Sales | Greater Noida

Nomio - Home-Cooked Food Platform | 30 Openings | 18-25K + Performance Bonus

About the Role:

We're hiring Field Sales Executives to onboard home chefs onto our food-tech platform. This is an 80% field-based role where you'll identify, onboard, and activate home chefs in residential areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Door-to-door visits and community engagement to find home chefs
Complete onboarding: profile creation, training, kitchen verification
Ensure chefs go live and get their first orders within 1 week
Quality management: maintain 4+ star ratings, conduct kitchen audits
Build relationships with chefs and provide ongoing support

Requirements:

0-4 years of field sales/marketing/acquisition experience
Fluent in Hindi; basic English (spoken & written)
Comfortable with door-to-door visits and campaigns
Self-motivated, target-oriented, excellent communicator
Bachelor's degree (pursuing or completed) - preferred
Two-wheeler and local network - plus points

Compensation:

First 3 months: 18,000-25,000/month
After probation: 25,000-35,000/month + Performance bonus
Fuel allowance | Health insurance | Quarterly incentives

Career Growth (18-24 months):

Executive (18K) Senior Executive (30K) Team Lead (45K) City Manager (70K) Regional Manager (1L+)

Work Details:

6 days/week | 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
80% field-based (local travel)
Reporting to: Area Manager

Location: Greater Noida (Field-based)
