Job Title: Field Marketing Recruiter & Branding Officer Location: (Gaur City Chowk Greater Noida West) Experience Required: 0.6–3 years in field marketing, recruitment, branding, or related roles. --- Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Field Marketing Recruiter & Branding Officer who will be responsible for sourcing potential candidates from field activities, promoting the company brand, and supporting marketing growth initiatives. This role involves field work, public interaction, and brand-building activities to attract talent and customers. --- Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Talent Sourcing Conduct field visits, job fairs, campus drives, and local community events to recruit potential candidates. Identify, approach, and engage job seekers in targeted areas. Screen candidates, collect application details, and coordinate interviews with HR. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs. 2. Field Marketing Activities Execute on-ground marketing campaigns, promotions, and awareness activities. Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and banners. Interact with the public to promote company services/products. Gather feedback from the field to improve marketing strategies. 3. Branding & Public Representation Represent the company professionally in all field activities. Ensure branding guidelines are followed in all promotional events. Support brand-building initiatives by creating visibility in target areas. Build relationships with local communities, institutions, and partners. 4. Reporting & Coordination Prepare daily/weekly reports on recruitment and field activities. Update management about challenges, opportunities, and candidate feedback. Coordinate with HR & Marketing teams for event planning and execution. --- Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (preferred). Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to travel and work in the field extensively. Confident, outgoing, and persuasive personality. Basic knowledge of recruitment processes. Experience in field marketing or promotions is an advantage. --- Salary & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience. Incentives on successful hires or campaign performance.
