Field Manager- Sironix | Sales | 3-8 years | Bangalore, Delhi, Varnasi

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales goals through acquisition and development of new customers, while expanding the product line within the existing customer base.
  • Schedule appointments across a medium territory/client base (doctors) and meet with new and existing customers to grow market share.
  • Deliver product presentations to clients, generating interest and engagement for surgical products.
  • Maintain regular and frequent contact with channel partners to strengthen business relationships.
  • Drive product promotion activities to increase awareness and adoption.
  • Handle related administrative work including claims, expense reporting and documentation.
  • Negotiate and close orders, prepare quotes and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Provide information and support as required to secure sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to achieve objectives and deliver comprehensive customer solutions.
  • Develop sales for new products and identify new areas of opportunity for existing product lines.
  • Prepare detailed sales activity reports through mobile apps, highlighting progress and issues requiring attention.
  • Share competitive intelligence and field activities with the company to support business and product planning.
  • Review sales performance against set objectives and refine approach to meet targets.
  • Execute and monitor territory coverage plans, ensuring optimal frequency and type of customer interactions; recommend adjustments as required.

Qualifications

  • Science Graduate.
  • Minimum of 3 to 8 years of experience in Sales (Arthro, Ortho Implant, Spine Implant, Neuro Implant or Sports Medicine).
