Job Description

Visit clients (individuals & organizations) to understand their insurance/banking fraud or claim dispute cases.

Visit banks, insurance companies, finance institutions, hospitals, brokers, and other sectors to create collaborations and partnerships.

Create and onboard Channel Partners (CPs) from Banking, Insurance, Finance & Hospital sectors (monthly target: minimum CP onboarding).

Coordinate between clients, back-office, and legal teams.

Assist clients in filling forms, signing declarations, and submitting complaints.

Maintain daily reporting of field visits, client interactions, CP meetings, and case updates.

Spread awareness about fraud prevention, IRDAI guidelines, and company services in the assigned region.

Represent AI-Recovery in banks, insurance offices, hospitals, business forums, and community awareness programs.

Support the mission of Pan-India expansion through partnerships & awareness campaigns.
