Field Intern : Social Impact

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Intern: Social Impact, located in Satara. The Field Intern will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of social impact projects, engaging with community members, assisting in data collection and analysis, and providing operational support to the team. Day-to-day tasks include preparing reports, aiding with project implementation, and supporting communication efforts with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for data collection and analysis
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with community members and stakeholders
• Ability to troubleshoot issues that arise during project implementation
• Experience in training and guiding team members and community groups
• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Policy, or related field
• Prior experience in social impact or community development projects is a plus
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Passion for social impact and community development
