You will collaborate with Regional Operations Managers to align with operational needs and customer standards, as well as coordinate with a small team of Ground Operations Associates for station-related intel gathering. The role is based in Bangalore with frequent travel across South India for station assessments and coordination. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in intercity travel operations, ground operations, logistics, or transportation. Comfort with using digital platforms and backend systems is essential, and technical aptitude is a plus. You should thrive in hybrid roles that involve both fieldwork and system handling, with previous experience in transport tech, field audits, or station planning being preferred. Strong geographical knowledge of South India and fluency in English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu are required. Responsible for preparation of critical spares list for all installations as per manufacturers recommendations and plan for the inventory where the maintenance is carried out with in-house teams. Review the maintenance/service practices of M&E Contractors to deliver quality work practices. Maintain the logbooks, checklists and PPM schedules for all M & E Installations.
