As a Regional Operations Agent in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in supporting station setup and management across South India for our rapidly expanding operations. You will utilize Flix tools to accurately create, publish, and manage GPS-based station data in the system, ensuring the seamless operation of Flix's services including bus operations, logistics, ground operational excellence, data analysis, and vendor management processes. Your responsibilities will include conducting field inspections for new station locations to assess viability, accessibility, and passenger experience. You will collaborate with Regional Operations Managers to align with operational needs and customer standards, as well as coordinate with a small team of Ground Operations Associates for station-related intel gathering. The role is based in Bangalore with frequent travel across South India for station assessments and coordination. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in intercity travel operations, ground operations, logistics, or transportation. Comfort with using digital platforms and backend systems is essential, and technical aptitude is a plus. You should thrive in hybrid roles that involve both fieldwork and system handling, with previous experience in transport tech, field audits, or station planning being preferred. Strong geographical knowledge of South India and fluency in English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu are required. Duties & Responsibilities What this job involves To achieve excellence in preventive maintenance programs at (Client) with highest standards and ensure energy conservation practices. Assist the Site Lead in managing M&E scope of the projects to ensure the quality and deliverables within the stipulated time. Coordinate with landlord team for upkeep of DG set, air conditioning, fire services, water supply, electricity supply and building work Prepare and send Daily/weekly/Monthly report to the Operations Manager, maintaining energy electrical water consumption tracker & timely submission to Sustainability team Ensure work orders are raised and completed on time on the technology front (Corrigo) Support the Site Lead in managing the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing installations & all Civil maintenance within the Facility. Responsible for preparation of critical spares list for all installations as per manufacturers recommendations and plan for the inventory where the maintenance is carried out with in-house teams. Review the maintenance/service practices of M&E Contractors to deliver quality work practices. Maintain the logbooks, checklists and PPM schedules for all M & E Installations. Manage Downtime/ Breakdowns. Arrange for ad-hoc M&E set ups as per the Clients requirement from time to time. Ensuring the vendors are been informed about the Client HSSE Safety rules (TOOL BOX TALK ) with necessary permits and approvals are in place. Necessary training from HSSE team to perform various technical activities on site. To Maintain AMC/Agreements /PO etc. related trackers & documents for all the technical Services To meet, discuss & review all technical vendors periodically Preparing SOP for Smooth function of System Operation Support technical due diligence, HSSE audits, field inspections, site risk registers etc.. To Maintain and Follow up for legal and Compliance required documents from vendor partner & BMS team Support the site on emergency management plan Keeping Track of Electrical spends and initiate cost saving Handling of MSTS roasters, task, compliances etc. Performance objectives Meet or exceed best practice in provision of services through contracts Establishment and adherence to policies & procedures, compliance deadlines for each of the tasks as advised by the Site Lead Responsible for daily reporting on M & E to the Site Lead Generate Service maintenance reports on office equipment. Effective management of the team Key skills Degree in electrical /mechanical engineering with 3 to 5 years of exp in similar job role General knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Kitchen and other trades. Collaborate with project teams to address any piping issues that arise during construction and provide solutions. Ensure all safety regulations and procedures are followed during inspections. Skills and Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in piping inspection or related field. Valid certification in piping inspection (e.g., API 570, ASNT Level II in NDT). Strong knowledge of industry standards and codes related to piping systems (e.g., ASME, ASTM, ISO). Proficient in using inspection tools and equipment such as ultrasonic, radiographic, and magnetic particle testing tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
