Job Summary: As a PLC , Instrumentation and control panels Sales / Marketing Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) , Instrumentation and control panels and associated automation solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their automation needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their operations. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in PLCs and strong sales skills to effectively communicate the value of our products and services. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial automation sector. Manage existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and crossselling. Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to prospective customers. Technical Support & Solutions: Work closely with clients to understand their automation needs and recommend appropriate PLC solutions. Provide technical support during the sales process, including product selection, system design, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop customized solutions for complex client requirements. Product Knowledge & Training: Stay updated on the latest PLC technologies, products, and industry trends. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and internal teams. Sales Reporting & Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field. Experience: 2 to 10+ years of experience in sales or technical support of PLCs or industrial automation products. Proven track record in sales with a strong understanding of PLC systems, control systems, and automation processes. Skills: Strong technical knowledge of PLCs and automation systems. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Self-motivated, with strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications. Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Instrumentation Engineer with a strong ability to read and interpret Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and improving instrumentation systems used in industrial processes, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the equipment. Key Responsibilities:  Read, interpret, analyze Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) for system design, troubleshooting, and project execution.  Develop and implement instrumentation specifications, including sensors, controllers, transmitters, and control valves.  Work closely with the design and project engineering teams to ensure instrumentation aligns with project requirements and safety standards.  Perform field inspections and technical evaluations to ensure the correct installation and operation of instrumentation systems.  Assist in the commissioning and start-up of instrumentation systems in new or modified facilities.  Ensure that instrumentation systems comply with all relevant safety and regulatory standards.  Troubleshoot and resolve instrumentation issues during maintenance or project phases.  Participate in Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOP), Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA), and other safety assessments.  Collaborate with process, mechanical, and electrical engineers to optimize system performance.  Maintain accurate documentation, including data sheets, instrument calibration records, and operational manuals.  Provide training and technical support to operators and maintenance teams.
