Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Service Technician located in Kota, Jhajjar and Panipat The Field Service Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing our autonomous tractors. Day-to-day tasks include performing scheduled field inspections, conducting preventative maintenance, solving technical issues, providing on-site support, and ensuring optimal equipment functionality. Additionally, the technician will provide training and support to customers, while documenting services performed and technical issues encountered. Qualifications Experience in Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Repairing mechanical and electrical systems Knowledge of Automation, Embedded Systems, and Electronics Engineering Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide on-site support Familiarity with field inspections and preventative maintenance Excellent communication skills and ability to train customers Flexibility to work on-site. Holding a relevant technical degree or certification Experience in the agricultural industry is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team
