Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Service Technician located in Kota, Jhajjar and Panipat The Field Service Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing our autonomous tractors. Day-to-day tasks include performing scheduled field inspections, conducting preventative maintenance, solving technical issues, providing on-site support, and ensuring optimal equipment functionality. Additionally, the technician will provide training and support to customers, while documenting services performed and technical issues encountered.

Qualifications

• Experience in Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Repairing mechanical and electrical systems
• Knowledge of Automation, Embedded Systems, and Electronics Engineering
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide on-site support
• Familiarity with field inspections and preventative maintenance
• Excellent communication skills and ability to train customers
• Flexibility to work on-site.
• Holding a relevant technical degree or certification
• Experience in the agricultural industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
