As a Regional Operations Agent in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in supporting station setup and management across South India for our rapidly expanding operations. This is a travel-intensive role that involves a balance of on-ground work, such as site visits and feasibility checks, and system-based backend tasks. You will utilize Flix tools to accurately create, publish, and manage GPS-based station data in the system, ensuring the seamless operation of Flix's services including bus operations, logistics, ground operational excellence, data analysis, and vendor management processes. Your responsibilities will include conducting field inspections for new station locations to assess viability, accessibility, and passenger experience. You will collaborate with Regional Operations Managers to align with operational needs and customer standards, as well as coordinate with a small team of Ground Operations Associates for station-related intel gathering. The role is based in Bangalore with frequent travel across South India for station assessments and coordination. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in intercity travel operations, ground operations, logistics, or transportation. Comfort with using digital platforms and backend systems is essential, and technical aptitude is a plus. You should thrive in hybrid roles that involve both fieldwork and system handling, with previous experience in transport tech, field audits, or station planning being preferred. Strong geographical knowledge of South India and fluency in English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu are required. Effective communication, teamwork, flexibility, and willingness to work in shifts are also key attributes for success in this position.
