Field Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated Field Executive to handle on-ground operations such as customer visits, data collection, client verification, and coordination with internal teams. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in the field, interacting with customers, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks. Key Responsibilities: Visit clients, vendors, or locations as per company requirements Perform tasks such as customer verification, data collection, surveys, or product delivery Handle document pickup, submission, and verification processes Maintain accurate records of field activities and report daily progress to the manager Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, logistics, etc.) for smooth workflow Build rapport with customers and provide service-related support Ensure timely task execution while maintaining professionalism and accuracy Address on-ground issues or escalate them to supervisors when needed Follow company protocols, safety measures, and client service standards Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred (depending on role type) Basic computer knowledge and use of mobile apps Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license (for field mobility) Familiarity with local geography or assigned territory is a plus Preferred Qualifications: 1+ year of experience in fieldwork, delivery, customer service, or verification roles Experience in sectors like e-commerce, banking, insurance, or telecom is a plus Knowledge of regional languages is helpful for local customer interaction Work Schedule: Full-time Monday to Saturday (field timings may vary) Travel within assigned area/territory is required
