Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Field Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out field-related tasks such as client visits, on-ground data collection, sales follow-ups, product deliveries, or service installations depending on the industry. The role involves extensive travel, communication, and timely reporting. Key Responsibilities:Visit customers, clients, or vendors as per scheduled appointments or assigned tasks Conduct surveys, verifications, data collection, or field audits Ensure on-time delivery of products or services Handle basic troubleshooting or installation (if applicable) Maintain daily records of field activities and submit reports Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of tasks Promote company services and generate leads (for sales roles) Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines Build and maintain strong relationships with clients or partners Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or Graduate (based on role) Proven experience in a similar field role preferred Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Basic technical knowledge (if the role involves tech installations/support) Comfortable with traveling daily Own a smartphone and preferably a two-wheeler with valid driving license Perks and Benefits:Fixed salary + performance-based incentives Travel allowances (if applicable) Flexible work timings (depending on role) Opportunity to grow within the company Work Schedule:6 days a week (timings may vary depending on client/site visits) Sunday/Holiday off (or rotational, based on project)
