Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Telecaller to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products/services, and converting leads into successful sales or registrations. This is a remote job opportunity specifically for candidates located in Visakhapatnam or nearby regions. 🔧 Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers from provided databases or leads. Explain product/service details clearly and persuasively. Maintain follow-ups and ensure proper lead conversion. Maintain daily call logs and report progress to the supervisor. Resolve customer queries and escalate complex issues when necessary. Achieve assigned targets in terms of call volume and conversions. ✅ Requirements:Must be based in or near Visakhapatnam. Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service. Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English. Good interpersonal and convincing skills. Must have a smartphone/laptop with good internet connectivity. Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus. 🎓 Education:Minimum: 12th pass Graduation preferred 💼 Benefits:Fixed salary of ₹40,000/month Attractive performance-based incentives Flexible working hours (day shift) Work from home (No travel required) Weekly/Monthly bonuses for top performers
