Key Responsibilities Safely transport office items, documents, or materials from one location to another. Perform office errands such as bank visits, courier handling, and vendor coordination. Support day-to-day office administrative tasks. Ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods, parcels, and official documents. Maintain proper handling of company property during fieldwork. Assist in office setup, event coordination, or client visits when required. Maintain travel records, expense details, and submit reports regularly. Follow traffic rules and ensure vehicle safety and maintenance. Requirements Minimum qualification: 12th pass. Valid two-wheeler driving license (mandatory). Own bike (preferred). Basic communication skills (Hindi/English/regional language). Knows how to write and read working English and Hindi. Punctual, responsible, and trustworthy. Ability to work independently and complete tasks on time. Roles & Responsibilities of Field Boy Bank Work Responsible for cheque deposit, cash deposit, and other routine banking tasks as instructed. Collecting or submitting documents at the bank on behalf of the company. Material Dispatch & Collection Handle material dispatch from bus stands, courier offices, or transport hubs. Collect incoming parcels, documents, or materials from designated locations. Office-Related Work Assist in day-to-day office errands as required. Deliver or collect official documents from clients, vendors, or government offices. Support in photocopying, printing, scanning, and other administrative needs. General Support Ensure timely completion of assigned field tasks. Maintain accountability for documents or materials handled. Provide assistance to staff and management in field-related duties whenever required. Requirements Bring cv with ID proof. Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
