Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and set daily/weekly goals for technicians and subcontractors. Ensure timely completion of milestones in line with project timelines and quality standards. 3. Operations & Maintenance:Conduct routine network maintenance, fault detection, and corrective action. Review and approve daily operational reports and ensure network uptime. Coordinate with internal teams for provisioning, service activation, and fault resolution. 4. Customer Interaction & Issue Resolution:Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure issues are resolved within SLA timelines. Required Skills and Experience: Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in FTTX/OFC/GPON network deployment and operations. SCADA Engineer – Role & Responsibilities A SCADA Engineer is responsible for designing, programming, configuring, testing, commissioning, and maintaining Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems. These systems monitor and control industrial processes such as manufacturing, utilities, oil & gas, water treatment, and building automation. The engineer ensures seamless integration of hardware, software, and communication networks for real-time monitoring and automation. Key Responsibilities 1.
