Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader (Technical) to oversee and manage the end-to-end planning, deployment, and maintenance of Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) networks, In-Building Distribution (IBD) construction, and GPON/FTTX infrastructure. The ideal candidate will lead a technical team, coordinate with vendors, manage network rollout plans, and ensure timely and quality project execution while handling escalations and resolving field-level issues. Key Responsibilities: 1. Network Planning & Deployment:Lead the planning and implementation of FTTX and GPON networks, including IBD and last-mile connectivity. Prepare and validate Material Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for network deployment. Design and approve network architecture (GPON topology, OFC routes, split ratio plans, etc.). Oversee OFC splicing, trenching, ducting, and related field work to ensure proper installation and standards compliance. 2. Project & Team Management:Supervise and guide technical field teams and vendor partners across multiple sites. Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and set daily/weekly goals for technicians and subcontractors. Ensure timely completion of milestones in line with project timelines and quality standards. 3. Operations & Maintenance:Conduct routine network maintenance, fault detection, and corrective action. Review and approve daily operational reports and ensure network uptime. Coordinate with internal teams for provisioning, service activation, and fault resolution. 4. Customer Interaction & Issue Resolution:Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure issues are resolved within SLA timelines. Coordinate with service delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Required Skills and Experience: Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in FTTX/OFC/GPON network deployment and operations. Strong understanding of fiber optics, network topologies, and telecom infrastructure standards. Proven experience in managing technical teams and external vendors. Ability to read and interpret network diagrams, civil drawings, and project blueprints. Proficient in tools like AutoCAD, MS Office, and fiber testing equipment (OTDR, splicing machines, etc.). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, or related field.

Role & Responsibilities – NOC Engineer Monitor network performance, servers, and critical IT infrastructure using NOC tools and dashboards. Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate network/system issues to the relevant teams in a timely manner. Perform first-level diagnosis and resolution of incidents to ensure minimal downtime. Work with ISPs, vendors, and internal teams to resolve connectivity or hardware issues. Ensure continuous monitoring of alarms, logs, and alerts to maintain system uptime and service availability. Document incidents, root cause analysis, and resolution steps in ticketing systems. Assist in scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and patch management activities. Follow escalation procedures and communicate effectively with senior engineers and management. Generate daily/weekly reports on system health, downtime, and performance metrics. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and SLAs. Provide support for backup operations and disaster recovery processes.
