Job Description We are looking for a Sales Executive to lead and grow our Interiors & Value-Added Services Division . The role involves engaging with property owners, promoting NHOMES interior upgrade packages, and closing deals that enhance asset value and rental yield. Key Responsibilities Engage with homeowners from NHOMES’ existing database and new leads. Pitch interior upgrade packages (starting at 35,000) and explain ROI (owner break-even in 1–2 years through increased rent). Coordinate with interior vendors, carpenters, and site teams for project execution. Track leads, conversions, and revenue using CRM/Excel. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat engagement. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in sales (real estate, interior, furniture, or home improvement preferred). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of customer needs and value-based selling. Proficient in basic computer/phone tools for reporting and communication.
