Global Credit Solutions India helps its customers/partners in collecting overdue amounts through various channels such as Dunning Letters, Calls, Emails and Field Visits. The collection process follows pre-defined stringent SOPs. All collections are carried out to ensure a very Professional, Prompt and Precise process that provides early collections and reduced costs.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Visit clients to collect outstanding payments as per the collection schedule.
• Explain payment terms, dues, and resolve clients queries related to payments.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and recovery of dues within the assigned area.
• Deposit collected amounts and update records as per company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, payment commitments, and collections.
• Coordinate with the collections team and report daily progress.
• Identify high-risk accounts and escalate unresolved cases to the supervisor.
• Ensure a respectful and professional approach with all clients at all times.

Skill Requirements

• Graduate
• 1–3 years of experience in field collections or recovery preferred
• Strong and confident personality with the ability to handle difficult or non-cooperative debtors
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with fieldwork and travelling within assigned territory (North India)
• Basic knowledge of documentation and reporting
• Familiarity with local geography and customer base

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
