HR Recruiter We are looking for a proactive and dedicated HR Recruiter Non IT (For Bulk Hiring) to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in hiring Field Executives and a strong understanding of sourcing and recruitment strategies. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for Field Executive roles Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further selection rounds Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports Ensure timely closure of open positions Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs
