Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Field Executive to represent Fourrts in assigned territories across India.
The role involves direct interaction with healthcare professionals, promoting products, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies to promote Fourrts product portfolio.
Generate new business and develop existing accounts in the assigned territory.
Execute sales plans, achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Collect market feedback, competitive intelligence, and report on field activities.
Coordinate with marketing, supply & logistics teams to ensure products are available and promotional materials are deployed effectively.
Maintain records of daily work, sales calls, leads, and documentation as per company guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree (Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or equivalent preferred).
1-3 years experience in pharmaceutical field sales (or similar role).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel extensively and work independently in field conditions.
Results-oriented mindset, ethical conduct, and ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals.
