Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Conduct statutory audits and internal audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Develop annual operating plans and budgets for the company's various business segments.
Ensure timely filing of tax returns (IT Returns) and other regulatory submissions.
Provide strategic guidance on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-7 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant (CA).
Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act 2013, Income Tax Act 1962, etc.
Proficiency in preparing financial statements under Ind AS; conducting statutory audits & internal audits; developing annual operating plans & budgets.

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with relevant academic qualifications.

Experience in accounting or finance, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.

Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis tools and software.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
