Assistant General Manager Accounts

(1) Preparation of monthly/quarterly Financials.

(2) Hard Closure of annual accounts with full schedules, cash flow statement and notes within two months from the end of the Financial Year.

(3) Handling the Statutory Audit and closing the same in time without any major adverse comments.

(4) Closing the quarterly Internal Audits without any major adverse comments.

(5) Overseeing the submission of MIS as per the timelines.

(6) Direct Tax Management comprising TDS Management, Advance Tax remittance, Tax Audit, timely filing of IT Returns, furnishing timebound replies to intimations/SCN from the Department and concluding the assessments.

(7) Indirect Tax Management comprising filing of GST monthly/annual returns, handling GST audits/scrutiny requirements, arranging EPCG licences, addressing SCNs from Customs/GST/DGFT, co-ordination with DGFT/GST/Customs Department, closing EPCG obligations and GST assessments etc.

(8) Litigation Management handling Direct Tax and Indirect Tax related litigations.

(9) Preparing various policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as necessitated by the business dynamics of the Company and regulatory requirements.

(10) Management of Trade Debtors.

(11) Mentoring the young team members and to help them attain their full potential. Giving guidance to subordinates on regular basis.
