About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated Field Executive to join our team for lead generation activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting potential clients, gathering business leads, and maintaining records using Microsoft Office applications. This role requires confidence, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to travel locally for fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to identify and generate new business leads from various locations.
• Approach potential clients, explain company products/services, and collect relevant information.
• Maintain and update lead records/data using Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for lead follow-ups and status updates.
• Support the team in organizing marketing campaigns and local promotional activities.
• Prepare basic reports and summaries for management using Microsoft Office tools.
• Ensure accurate data entry and documentation after each field visit.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Field Executive, Lead Generator, or similar field marketing/sales role preferred.
• Good communication and networking skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in the field to generate leads.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for record keeping and reporting.
• Self-motivated, with strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve field targets.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
