Tele Caller Executive

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team for IndiaMART business operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, the ability to handle client interactions over phone calls and emails, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) to maintain records and reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers via IndiaMART platform.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide details about products/services clearly and professionally.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Update and maintain customer databases in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for order tracking and support.
• Send quotations, emails, and follow-up reminders as required.
• Prepare call reports, feedback records, and maintain documentation for MIS purposes.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets while ensuring quality communication.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Representative, or similar role.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (written and spoken).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to build rapport with customers and handle queries patiently.
• Strong organizational and data entry skills.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to achieve targets.
• Graduate or Higher Secondary (12th pass) candidates can apply.
