Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell services. Explain benefits, and pricing clearly and convincingly. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling or follow-up on inbound inquiries. Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate details. Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally. Follow up with potential customers to close sales. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Provide feedback to the team and management on customer needs, market trends, and competition. Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all interactions. Requirements: Education: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience: 0–2 years in tele-calling, tele-sales, or customer service (freshers with good communication skills can apply). * Skills: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills. Persuasive, confident, and energetic attitude. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools. Good command of English and local/regional language(s). * Personal Attributes: Ability to handle rejection and remain positive. Team player with good time management skills.
