Field Executive

Job Overview: We are seeking dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executives to drive our business growth by identifying and onboarding residential communities. The ideal candidate will have a strong people orientation, excellent communication skills, and a passion for field sales. Key Responsibilities: 1. Visit apartments, gated communities, villa projects, and high-end residential layouts. 2. Identify and engage with key decision-makers such as property managers, association committee members, and RWA heads. 3. Present and explain Eagru's services, showcasing value propositions tailored to the community’s needs. 4. Drive onboarding of new residential communities into our service ecosystem. 5. Build and maintain strong relationships with residential committees and community stakeholders. 6. Maintain accurate records of visits, contacts, and follow-ups using CRM tools or reporting formats provided. 7. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in real estate, facility management, or B2B services. * Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas. * Fluency in English. * Own vehicle preferred (travel reimbursement provided).
