Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Engineer to join our team. The role involves working at client/project sites to install, maintain, and troubleshoot systems, equipment, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, testing, and maintenance of equipment/systems at client sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Provide on-site technical support and customer service.
• Prepare reports, update service logs, and escalate complex issues to higher teams.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Diploma/BE/B.Tech in [Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics / IT – as per role].
• Strong technical & troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication & customer-handling ability.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work on-site.
• Experience in [industry-specific equipment/systems] preferred; freshers may also apply.
