Job Description

As a Field Service Engineer, your role involves representing the organization by performing installations and maintenance of devices at the farm. You will be responsible for delivering training on device usage and services to customers and customer representatives. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the regional services engineer for the assigned region - Handle installations and reinstallations of equipment - Troubleshoot and service devices promptly - Monitor customer farms and provide timely updates to farmers if required - Provide training to customers on device functionality and supporting tools - Conduct training on basic troubleshooting of devices - Visit farmers" fields regularly to collect feedback - Support R&D activities - Maintain an excellent working relationship with customers and colleagues - Regularly visit farms to inquire about farm needs Qualifications Required: - Diploma/Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification - 0 to 1 year of experience - Knowledge of shrimp cultures - Good communication and soft skills - Understanding of supporting tools - Willingness to travel Work Location: Surat, Gujarat Note: Gujarati language speaking is a mandatory requirement for this position.,
