As a Field Service Engineer, you will represent the organization by performing installations and maintenance of devices at farms. Your primary responsibility will be providing training to customers and customer representatives on device usage and services. You will act as the regional services engineer for the assigned area, handling equipment installations and reinstallations. Prompt troubleshooting and servicing of devices, along with monitoring customer farms and providing timely updates to farmers, are essential parts of your role. Additionally, you will conduct training sessions on device functionality, supporting tools, and basic troubleshooting for customers. Regular visits to farmers" fields for feedback collection, support of R&D activities, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and colleagues are key aspects of this position. You must have a diploma/Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, 0 to 1 year of experience, knowledge of shrimp cultures, good communication skills, and an understanding of supporting tools. Being willing to travel is a requirement. This role is based in Surat, Gujarat, and proficiency in speaking Gujarati is mandatory.,
