Role & responsibilities Job Title: Field Service Engineer Laptop & Desktop Support Location: Chennai Job Requirements: Qualification: Any Degree or Diploma Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Laptop and Desktop hardware support Skills: Strong technical knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and part replacement Good communication skills (customer handling & coordination) Job Responsibilities: Attend customer calls for hardware issues Perform part replacement and basic troubleshooting onsite Coordinate with backend teams for part support and call closure Ensure timely call resolution and documentation NOTE : Two-wheeler is mandatory (for field mobility)
