Role & responsibilities Handle tenders, develop new business, manage key clients, and drive growth in Defence and PSUs. Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Defence Sector. Develop both short-term and long-term business strategies. Incorporate customer feedback into product and business development. Good knowledge of local areas and market dynamics, Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Track and analyze defense procurement plans, RFPs, EOIs, RFIs, and align company offerings accordingly. Lead the end-to-end pursuit process from lead generation to proposal submission and contract negotiation. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of projects and provide accurate business forecasts. Interact with OEMs to build and maintain strong relations to drive sales growth & market expansion. Preferred candidate profile Strong skills in business development and stakeholder management. Proficiency in technical presentations and proposal writing. Capable of managing order closures and ensuring project payment follow-up. Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build relationships at senior levels in both public and private sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ensure timely submission of tenders and support in post-tender negotiations if needed.
