Job Description

Job Title: Tender Executive Department: Technical Duration: Permanent Job Type: Full time Job Location: Hyderabad Education: Any Graduate (Preferable B.sc Computers)

Responsibilities

Identify tender opportunities through online and offline platforms.
Manage tenders on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal and other platforms.
Preparation and submission of technical and financial bids in line with tender requirements.
Coordinate with different departments for documentation and queries related to tenders.
Review tender documents and ensure compliance with tender requirements.
Maintain and update tender documentation, records, and reports.
Monitor the tender status and follow up on bid results.
Ensure timely submission of tenders and support in post-tender negotiations if needed.
Monitor the submission of bids and ensure they are accurately completed and meet the requirements of the tendering process.

Candidate Profile

Good Knowledge in Excel.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Quick Learner.
Basic knowledge on computer hardware
Ability to manage tight deadlines, effectively coordinate tasks, and contribute to making difficult decisions.
