JD for Customer Support Field Engineer Job title/ Designation: Field Engineer Employment type: Full Time Job Description Job Summary: We are looking to hire a skilled technical support engineer with all technical- related issues for the full time post of field engineer under Customer Support department, who is willing to work remotely, independently and travel pan India. This may include installation of electronics, hardware, diagnosing network and hardware issues. Responsibilities: 1. Responding to technical support tickets. 2. Contacting clients to find out the nature of the technical issue. 3. Act as the first point of contact for clients with issues concerning their equipment's. 4. Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware issues. 5. Keep track of system issues and adhere to the agreed timeline until an issue is resolved 6. Maintain procedural documents and reports. 7. Follow standard procedures to resolve issues by connecting them to relevant internal departments. 8. Provide prompt, accurate feedback to customers. 9. Ensure proper documentation of all issues. 10. Monitor daily performance of technical systems. 11. Maintaining good client relations. 12. Completing job reports. Desired Candidate Profile: 1. Candidate must be MALE ONLY 2. Highly problem solving skills with good technical and analytical knowledge. 3. Candidate must be proficient with his local language and Hindi (should know how to understand and speak) 4. Must have adaptive nature and good nature: Must be expert in soft skill. 5. Must be physically fit as Job may require heavy lifting and tower climbing. 6. Must have basic soldering skills.
