Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct
on-field farmer engagement programs
and promotional activities in the assigned territory.
Sale Agricultural product.
Develop and maintain a strong network of
farmers, distributors, and agri-dealers
.
Provide
on-site advisory services
and product demonstrations for
Strings products
.
Educate farmers about
best agricultural practices, local cropping patterns, and product benefits
.
Ensure
extensive travel
within the district to promote business growth.

Education & Experience:

Must have field experience
in agriculture-related sales & marketing.
Graduate in
Agriculture or a related field
1-5 years of field experience
in farmer engagement and agri-input sales.
Fresh agriculture graduates with
a passion for fieldwork
can also apply.

Key Competencies:

Strong knowledge of
farmer practices and local cropping patterns
.
Ability to work independently and manage field activities
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to
travel extensively
and work in rural areas.
