Field Coordinator

As a Field Coordinator, your role involves managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for delivery associates to ensure efficient last-mile operations. You will be responsible for: - Understanding manpower requirements from the operations team and vendor managers. - Sourcing potential delivery associates through field visits, local agencies, colleges, reference drives, and walk-in interviews. - Conducting interviews and clearly explaining job roles, incentives, and company policies to candidates. - Screening candidates for suitability based on criteria such as having a valid driving license, smartphone, vehicle, Aadhaar, PAN, and bank account. - Maintaining a pipeline of ready-to-join candidates to fulfill business demand. In addition to recruitment responsibilities, you will also be involved in: - Documentation and verification processes. - Onboarding procedures and providing vendor app access. - Generating daily reports and maintaining Management Information Systems (MIS). - Field supervision when required.
