Field Coordinator

Role Overview: As a Field Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting construction projects by coordinating daily activities on-site to ensure safe and efficient project execution while maintaining quality standards. Your responsibilities will include site coordination, communication, documentation, safety and quality assurance, logistics and materials management, and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate daily site activities, such as labor, equipment, and materials, in alignment with project schedules and plans. - Serve as a communication bridge between site staff, project managers, and clients to keep all stakeholders informed of project progress, issues, and changes. - Maintain accurate records of site activities through daily reports, progress photos, and meeting minutes to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements. - Uphold safety policies and procedures, monitor site conditions for hazards, and report concerns to the Project Manager. - Manage logistics and materials by coordinating deliveries, storage, labeling, and proper securing of materials and equipment on-site. - Identify and resolve site-related issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to the Project Manager or other stakeholders when necessary.
