The Field Coordinator is responsible for end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of delivery associates (delivery boys) to ensure smooth last-mile operations. This role involves identifying manpower requirements, sourcing suitable candidates, conducting interviews, verifying documents, coordinating onboarding processes (including vendor app access), and maintaining daily recruitment and performance reports. The recruiter acts as the bridge between delivery associates, vendors, and the company’s operations team. Understand manpower requirements from the operations team/vendor managers. Source potential delivery associates through field visits, local agencies, colleges, reference drives, and walk-in interviews. Conduct interviews, explain job roles, incentives, and company policies clearly to candidates. Screen candidates for suitability (valid driving license, smartphone, vehicle, Aadhaar, PAN, bank account, etc.). Maintain a pipeline of ready-to-join candidates to meet business demand.
