Field Consultant

As a Field Consultant, you will work at the heart of constituency level action, shaping narratives, mobilizing people, and supporting large scale political initiatives across Uttar Pradesh.

What You Will Do

⦁ Work directly on the ground to execute constituency level political and public outreach initiatives.

⦁ Translate central strategies into actionable, high impact field execution.

⦁ Engage with local communities, youth groups, influencers, volunteers, and stakeholders to build trust and momentum.

⦁ Support planning and execution of public meetings, events, campaigns, and outreach activities.

⦁ Capture real time ground insights, feedback, and public sentiment, and relay them to strategy teams.

⦁ Act as the eyes and ears of the campaign on the ground.

⦁ A strong drive to learn, contribute, and create visible impact.

⦁ High energy, ownership mindset, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

⦁ Strong people skills and the ability to connect across diverse communities.

⦁ Willingness to travel extensively and work from the field anywhere in Uttar Pradesh.

⦁ Proficiency in Hindi (knowledge of local dialects is an advantage).

Background :

⦁ Graduates in any discipline.

⦁ 0–3 years of experience in fieldwork, social impact, consulting, campaigns, or similar roles.

⦁ Freshers with strong intent and commitment are encouraged to apply.
