Presentation Designer

Job Description

● Collaborate with subject-matter experts (strategy, events,etc) to collect presentation content and understand the target audiences and goals.

● Transform content (text, data, charts, images) into well-structured, visually engaging PowerPoint slide decks, aligned with our guidelines.

● Should be proficient in MS Suit (esp MS Powerpoint)

● Simplify and visualise complex data or ideas into clear, compelling slides that can be easily understood.

● Maintain and adhere to corporate branding, colour palette and visual standards.

● Manage multiple presentation projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and adapting to feedback/iterations.

● Stay updated with presentation design trends, PowerPoint features and best practices.

● Optionally: assist with presenting/delivering the deck, provide speaker notes or guidance on slide narrative flow.

● Optionally: maintain a library of templates, slide components and reusable design assets for efficient use.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Proven experience (e.g., 2+ years) in designing presentation decks (PowerPoint or equivalent) for business / corporate audiences.

● Excellent proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (including advanced features like Slide Master, animations/transition effects, embedding charts/images).

● Attention to detail – consistency, alignment, cropping of images, checking for errors.

● Strong communication and collaboration skills: able to work with others to gather content, feedback and deliver final slides.
