Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Field Collection Officer, based on-site in Mainatand. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting field visits to collect outstanding payments, negotiating with customers for settlements, and ensuring timely recovery of dues. You will maintain accurate records of collection activities, reports, and interactions, while adhering to compliance and organizational policies. Additionally, you will work closely with the finance and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow and resolve client queries related to collections.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Debt Collection and familiarity with financial products and services
Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate accounts and determine the best course of action
Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with clients and resolve disputes
Basic knowledge of Finance and a strong understanding of lending procedures
High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
Prior experience in field collection or financial services is a plus
Relevant educational qualification, such as a degree or diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields, is preferred
