Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Collection Executive located in West Bengal, India. The Field Collection Executive will be responsible for engaging with clients to collect outstanding debts, managing credit control, and maintaining accurate records of debt recovery progress. The individual will also analyze financial data to improve collection strategies, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and communicate effectively with customers to resolve their payment issues.
